Pricing questions
When am I charged?
At the point of agreement. Everything before that — opening a room, inviting the other side, unlimited mediation and a watermarked preview of the agreement — is free. Divorce is the one exception: there is a £99 fee to open the divorce room, then £299 on full agreement.
Is it per person or per case?
Per case. One payment unlocks the clean, signable agreement for both parties. It never doubles because two people are in the room.
Who pays?
For personal, neighbour and divorce cases, either side can pay — it's one payment, however you split it between you. Workplace cases are employer-paid.
What if we don't reach agreement?
You pay nothing (outside the divorce setup fee). No agreement, no charge.
What does the workplace subscription include?
£4 per active employee per month with a £99 monthly minimum, on a 12-month term billed monthly. It covers employee reviews, performance improvement plans, HR letter drafting and the full case record. Mediation cases are charged separately at £199 for subscribers and £299 without a subscription.
