About GoMediation
GoMediation.ai is a trading name of My Best Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14243668. My Best Solutions Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB623638.

Use of the platform
By creating an account or using GoMediation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. GoMediation provides online tools to help you and the other person communicate, and to record any resolutions or outcomes. The platform is not a law firm, mediation service, or regulated advice provider.
Payments
- Creating a mediation room and communicating is free.
- Charges apply once per case, never per party, as set out below.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling before you pay.

Refunds and cancellations
- Before you pay: you can stop at any time at no cost. Opening a room, inviting the other party, discussing issues and previewing the watermarked draft are all free.
- Consumer cancellation rights: as a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because the payment unlocks your agreement document immediately, by completing checkout you ask us to supply the digital content straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once it has been delivered.
- Once delivered: payment unlocks the clean, signable document for the case, so fees are non-refundable after the document has been unlocked.
- Divorce room fee: the £99 room fee is refundable in full if you request it within 14 days of payment and no agreement document has been unlocked in that case. The refund is made to the person who originally paid it, using the payment method they used.
- If something goes wrong: if you are charged in error, charged twice, or the document you paid for cannot be produced, we will refund you in full. Email hello@gomediation.ai within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
- Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
AI message filtering
Messages sent in mediation rooms are processed by AI to reduce hostile or inflammatory language. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or deliberately offensive language is not appropriate in this process. The AI does not alter the factual content of messages, and you and the other person both see the filtered version. GoMediation does not guarantee that the AI will catch all hostile language or that the filtered output will be perfect in every case.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
When issues are agreed, the platform can generate an AI-drafted Memorandum of Understanding. This is a non-binding written record of the resolutions or outcomes reached. It is not a court order and is not automatically legally enforceable. You may take the MOU to a solicitor, court, or other professional to formalise it.

No responsibility for outcomes
Any resolutions or outcomes reached in a GoMediation room are made directly between you and the other person. GoMediation does not act as your representative or as a mediator in the legal sense, and is not a party to anything you agree. We do not guarantee that a matter will be resolved, that any outcome will be legally binding or enforceable, or that any outcome will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoMediation and My Best Solutions Limited disclaim all liability for any loss, damage or costs arising from use of the platform, reliance on any information provided, or anything you agree with the other person.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy
Your use of GoMediation is also governed by our Privacy & GDPR Policy.
